Avi arranged a home equity loan (HELOC) for me so I could have maximum flexibility in looking for a new home (I want to downsize). Challenge was I retired early (56), had investment income coming in, and owned my home outright but none of these are considered income by traditional lenders. The market needs to change to reflect the needs of this new early retiree market but Avi was able to do all the stick handling to get lenders to recognize my equity and income and got me a good rate without some of the standard fees and stipulations. While I was frustrated with the lending market for my situation, Avi was the model of patience and commitment to get the deal done. Very pleased with my experience.

Professional, helpful, and courteous This is our second time dealing with Clover Mortgage . Our broker Avi Horansky was extremely helpful with finding the right lender that met our needs. His professionalism , attention to detail and expertise made the refinancing of our house less stressful. Avi is courteous and very pleasant to deal with.
