As a seasoned industry professional with over a decade worth of experience, I am focused on delivering a commitment to excellence and simplicity to my customers. Spending the majority of my career in Schedule A Banks and Mono-line Lending Institutions, I have developed a deep understanding of all facets of the mortgage process. Servicing most recently as an Account Manager in one of the largest real estate markets in Canada (GTA Core), I delivered educational seminars and training on mortgages to many of the "BIG Banks" - I identified substantial gaps in knowledge and customer care with these institutions and thus began my journey to becoming your Mortgage Agent. My commitment to elevating the industry standards and fostering a customer-centric approach continues to define my career and drive success for each and every customer. Outside of mortgages, my wife and I are dog lovers and actively involved in rescuing dogs. We currently have a beautiful Doberman, adopted from the Blue Mountains 6 years ago. We enjoy dedicating our time to support local animal shelters and rescue organizations, bringing immense personal fulfillment, but more so, immense happiness to their dog and their new, loving family.
