Samuel Ileka-Priouzeau, M.Sc., has approximately 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. In addition to being directly involved on dozens of successful real estate transactions, Samuel’s experience includes structuring and negotiating complex acquisition strategies for residential and commercial properties, including vendor take-backs and joint ventures. Samuel’s extensive experience in property management, development and zoning conversions provides him with a deep knowledge of the real estate market, its financing processes, and enables him to understand his clients’ needs to ultimately better serve them. Samuel is fully bilingual and obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Masters' from Université Laval in Québec. Samuel also completed his Mortgage Agent training from the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada.
