Geoffrey was a fantastic. If you are a first time Home Buyer, he will educate you on the process and the various different options, with each one’s pros and cons. He doesn’t pressure you into an option, he lays them all out and encourages you to take the option that you feel the most comfortable with given your situation, and the level of tolerance you want to take over the short / long term with your rate and lender of choice. I would use him again, and would highly recommend him. We also did this during the pandemic, so everything that we did was digital and remote. We were personally about an hour a part. So finding a broker 5 minutes from you doesn’t always mean you have the best broker. Again, highly recommended for the great service!
